Seattle Mariners season opener

The Seattle Mariners kicked off their season against the Los Angeles Angels at Safeco Field in Seattle. If the stats are correct, the team is expected to advance far into the post-season. Robinson Cano warmed up, fans entered the stadium, Joey Cora threw out the first pitch and then the 2015 season began.

Felix Hernandez threw out the first pitch of the Seattle Mariners 2015 season.

The Mariners grounds crew performed their signature dance. Hernandez had a standout performance and Seth Smith had a breakout game, scoring for the Mariners.
